About Charlie
White Mechanical would like to feature our Residential Service Technician, Charlie Rutkowski. Charlie started working for White Mechanical in April of 2015 after he relocated to the west coast from Milford, Massachusetts where he grew up. He attended Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School where he studied HVAC. After he graduated high school in 2010 he immediately started working full time in the HVAC industry.
Charlie has a passion for skateboarding and snowboarding and that is part of the reason he was drawn to move out west to California. He currently resides in Costa Mesa, CA. He also enjoys traveling to Los Angeles and up to Bear Mountain to pursue his hobbies. He is also interested in learning to surf and is happy he lives in an area where can achieve his passion. 
Over the past five years working in the industry he has attended various trainings such as:
  • Awarded North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certification for Air Conditioning - Installation Technician April 2012
  • Awarded North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Certification for Gas Furnaces - Installation Technician April 2012
  • Advanced Diagnostic Training Arkansas
  • Certified in the Quality Installation and Verification (QIV) program in Massachusetts. This taught him how to ensure heating and cooling systems are running at peak performance
  • Completion of Electrical Technology Course at Ultimate Technical Academy, April 2014
  • OSHA 10 Construction Certificate of Completion, March 2015 
During his time at White Mechanical, Charlie has had a spotless driving record and many positive customer reviews. Charlie enjoys working with customers and identifying problems. He enjoys the challenge of his job and likes the fact that every job and every day is different. He has met a lot of people and has the opportunity to see and explore a lot of different areas in Southern California. He enjoys working for White Mechanical because it is about helping people and not high pressure sales. Charlie likes the comfortable environment knowing he doesn't push his customers to buy anything they do not need.
